Fitness Sessions
The Gym
The gym area of the Fitness centre - Fit Therapy is located on the mezzanie floor overlooking the classes area.
We naturally offer every person an induction to the centre where we will evaluate your current fitness levels and go thorugh the goals that you have and put a personal training plan together. This will be reviewed after 6 weeks to ensure that you are getting the most from your time here.
The gym contains 2 different types of bike, 2 types of treadmills, 2 types of cross trainers, rowing machines and steppers. In addition there is a free weight area and floor mats available for stretching and crunching etc. Exercise balls are also there for use.We have two water coolers one upstairs and one downstairs as you should get a little hot in whilst working out!
Ring us to arrange to come down and have an induction or just a look around - everyone is welcome regardless of current fitness level.
